Hadley Worstell joined The Worstell Law Firm in May 2025 as a paralegal. As the daughter of the firm’s owner, she has been surrounded by the field of family law from an early age, which has inspired a strong passion for helping families navigate complex legal matters. In her role, Hadley is responsible for client intake, drafting legal documents, trial preparation, and providing support to both attorneys and clients to ensure cases run smoothly and efficiently.
Hadley is anticipated to graduate with her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Missouri–Kansas City (UMKC) in 2026, equipping her with a deeper understanding of the emotional and interpersonal dynamics often present in family law cases. She excels at staying organized, communicating effectively with clients, and managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Outside of the office, Hadley enjoys spending quality time with her daughter and family. She also loves shopping and relaxing during her free time.
