Evann Bailey joined The Worstell Law Firm in June of 2024 as a Paralegal.  Evann brings 6 years of paralegal experience to the Worstell Law Firm.  Evann provides all firm attorneys with reliable assistance and presents a helpful and supportive demeanor to firm clients.  Evann's roles within the firm include client intake, drafting legal documents, accepting and making phone calls to clients to provide updates and request information, and any support as needed by firm clients and attorneys. Evann prioritizes continuous learning that will enhance her ability to serve clients.  

In addition to her paralegal experience, Evann has a diverse background having worked as a Real Estate Agent and an Executive Assistant at University Health Truman Medical Centers where she assisted in advancing the healthcare, outreach and medical education throughout greater Kansas City.  

Outside of work, Evann enjoys hiking, spending time with her children and her dog, Loki.
